Overview
Mustang is a remote arid area of trans-Himalayan mountains. Bordering Tibet, this region has a distinct Tibetan feel – both in its people and culture, and in the landscape. High rocky cliffs of unusual formation and colour, caves, rock paintings, monasteries, and, of course, high snow mountains, are a feature of this region. Being in the rain shadow, there is no monsoon in this dry region, making it a perfect area to explore during the summer (monsoon in Nepal) months. Winters are harsh, with most of the local population migrating to Pokhara or Kathmandu, so that is not a good time to trek.

Itinerary
Arrival on Kathmandu
Arrival at Kathmandu and sightseeing of Kathmandu.
Day and night driving
It Starts night's bus traveling from Kathmandu to Jomsom. It leaves at 2 pm from Kathmandu and reaches the next day morning at about 8 am Jomsom. We just make 3 hours hike to Kagbeni village and overnight. Good rest and exploration around. Overnight at local guest houses
Hike to Muktinath temple. and drive back to Jomsom for overnight
It is good to hike from Kagbeni to Muktinath. 4 hours of Hiking is a good opportunity to explore local villages, beautiful landscapes, the Himalayas, Local monasteries, and more. The memorial pictures go here. Reach Muktinath temple and explore around. Take local jeep drive back to Jomsom for Overnight.
Walking tour to Marpha village, Apple field and Historical villages
Till your bus departure time, Walking tour to Marpha village. Monastery, Beautiful Marpha village, and Apple field. Later drive back to Pokhara and enjoy the night life of Pokhara
Back to Kathmandu Departure
Drive back to Kathmandu and rest a bit at Hotel and Departure from Kathmandu
